My Story

Every year, around 150 children and teenagers across Yorkshire are diagnosed with cancer. On top of this, Covid-19 is making life for these children, teenagers and their families more difficult than ever. During this current crisis, the impact of childhood cancer does not stop, so neither will our support for children and their families.

That’s why we have adapted our family support services to ensure our families are not facing this challenging time alone. We have also increased our grant provision to alleviate the heightened financial pressure our families are facing. In order to do this we need to raise a staggering £525,000! We need you now more than ever!
